Mia LaBerge is a visual artist active in Rockingham County, Virginia. A painter for over 20 years LaBerge has explored a variety of styles and subjects and has exhibited extensively in galleries, juried shows and national art festivals. Her featured body of work focuses on regional landscape.
LaBerge studied painting at Virginia Commonwealth University and received her degree in Art/K-12 certification from James Madison University. LaBerge taught Art in public and private schools in Northern Virginia and the Shenandoah Valley for several years before focusing on her studio work. LaBerge currently teaches adult enrichment courses at Blue Ridge Community College. |
